A crisp and tasty, easy to grow fresh vegetable. Grow indoors on wet tissues or flannel to produce seedling shoots as used in many Chinese recipes. Useful standby for fresh winter salads - raise them when you need them. Normal growth time 6-9 days. Not for growing in the open.
