    • Day To Day Care For Container Plants
The container garden is really easy to care for. However, since plants are more prominently displayed than in the garden, they require regular attention to keep them looking their best. Enough water is most important.

    • Correct Soil for Container Gardening
To a great extent, the success of the container garden depends on proper soil. You can have good results with soil taken directly from the garden, but even better if you take time to prepare a proper mixture. This control of soil is where growing plants in containers has an advantage over gardening in the open ground.

    • Handling Large Container Plants
Planting large specimens purchased in temporary containers is a more involved process. If they are in baskets or boxes, these can be broken or torn apart, but be careful not to disturb the roots. Tins must be opened with tin cutters. To remove plants, put the cut containers on their sides and pry steadily at the ball of soil gently in order not to break it.

    • Choosing a Plant Container
There are a number of options when choosing a plant container. You can make your own, or go for a simple plastic pot, or something more sophisticated such as an urn, wooden or metal container

    • Basic Needs Of Fuchsias
Fuchsias - These tender woody plants do best under cool, humid conditions. They are especially successful in coastal areas, where fog and humidity prevail, though some varieties, as the single all-red Mephisto and the red-and-white Mme. Cornelissen, will thrive in hot, dry inland regions. They are great favorites because they bloom in shade, not the heavy shade of low-branching trees, but high, open shade and that found on the north side of a building.

    • Growing Lettuce
Growing Lettuce - Lettuce grows best under cooler temperatures when the lows are around 40 F and the highs are around 60 F, making it an ideal crop for growing during autumn or in early spring. If you intend getting a crop in fall, plant your seeds at least three months before the first fall freeze.
