Onion Seed (Pickling) Brown Pickling SY 300

A pale brown skinned early ripening pickling variety widely used by professional growers. The rather curious name is an anomaly - a trial number which became registered as the name. The small solid bulbs have a high dry matter content, store very well and do not go soft when pickled in vinegar. Also useful in stir fry dishes and barbecues.
